Authorization Vouchers are required by Columbia University and Barnard College for shopping. These Authorization Vouchers are generated by the department and given to the person shopping. The individual doing the shopping leaves the Authorization Voucher with the cashier.

 

The Authorization Voucher can be downloaded here (Microsoft Word format)  and copied onto your departmental letterhead. Please feel free to photocopy these blank vouchers for future use.
